As we approach a new re-enrollment season in 2018, we want to take this time to communicate upcoming changes to the Tuition Assistance process.
First, the Diocese of Syracuse has selected FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment as the new provider for the financial need analysis, replacing Smart Financial Aid. Please note that Smart Tuition will continue to be our tuition billing company. This change only affects the Tuition Assistance applications. Please take a moment to read the attached letter from Diocesan Superintendent Bill Crist.
Second, the window to complete a Tuition Assistance application has been extended and the deadline has been changed. Families will be allowed to access the website and begin the Tuition Assistance application process starting on Wednesday, November 29th. The deadline to submit applications will be February 15th, 2018.
You will receive a follow up email after the Thanksgiving break. This email will provide additional resources to help families complete the application process.
